The same applies for rmail files on RISC OS. I need to do it the same
way:

 bogofilter -p <rmailin >rmailout

Perhaps with an additional command line switch, but essentially there
should be a mode where the From_ or rmail line aren't stripped off
while processing multiple mails in one file.
