Encoded headers

Matthias,

A while back, I grepped my mail corpora and found 90 or so samples of
encoded subject lines.  One of them is non-compliant, as it has embedded
spaces.  Our practice has been to accept deviations from the standard. 
Below is the line and its interpretation.

Subject: =?us-ascii?Q?CERT=AE Advisory CA-2002-30 Trojan Horse tcpdump
and libpcap?= 
subj:CERT®
subj:Advisory
subj:CA-2002-30
subj:Trojan
subj:Horse
subj:tcpdump
subj:and
subj:libpcap

I think we should accept it.  What do you think?
