Integration with webmail app

- For new users, is it a good idea to have generic wordlists (trained on a
large corpus of mail to many rcpts) to start the ball rolling, or a bad
idea?  Do you guys already have such wordlists available?  Can I / should I
set a lower spam certainty% level from the command line in such a case?

- I will use a pipe to bogofilter for each incoming email.  How do I prevent
bogofilter from reloading the lists for every email using -d option?  Is
this optimization already built in?
