POSIX/2 and PosixOS2 are the same thing.

UnixOS/2 is an attempt to provide a Unix like subsystem for OS/2 which 
makes use of Posix/2 as and when it is beneficial to do so.

In this instance I am trying to build Bogofilter using Posix/2 headers and 
libraries.
