QDBM failures

bogofilter's QDBM mode has t.maint and t.nonascii-replace failing, while
BerkeleyDB and TDB modes are fine. It looks as though bogoutil would
exit with an error condition in t.maint; I haven't looked at
t.nonascii-replace. I've tried QDBM 1.6.22 on SuSE Linux 8.2 and QDBM
1.7.7 on FreeBSD 4.9. The tarball (and signature) I've used are at

Could you have a look at the code and fix it?
