No, it will not work.

The "-s" and "-n" options are for registering messages. (writing to
the database)

The "-B" and "-b" options are for classifying messages. (reading from
the database)

They don't work together.

The code author never intended for them to work together.

In fact, last I checked, certain combinations yield a segmentation
fault.
