 Because I was talking about an easy to use feature that won't make people run
away screaming thinking that they need to understand complicated math before
they can use it... A simple feature working percentually against whatever
values you've already got set.


(I'm sorry all, I've seriously messed up when trying to explain the whole
thing; don't know where/why it got away from me, probably about the same time
that I first hit the replybutton.)
