FAQ CSS revised

Hi,

Given the objections to the FAQ's CSS, I deleted it and examined the 
result.  I saw full use of screen width, several places where vertical 
white space was needed, and subheadings that were no longer bold.

Going back and rereading all the correspondence about the FAQ's CSS, the 
issue is about horizontal screen usage, i.e. width, also termed the "FAQ 
with wings".

Back to the style sheet, I removed the "body" style which controlled the 
wings and left all the vertical whitespace and subheading specifications.

The revised (wider) FAQ is on SourceForge for you all to view and comment 
upon.  (The URL is in the mailing list's trailer).
