Not necessarily.  If a user doesn't use -u, the need to reverse false
positives and false negatives goes away, except when he types -s
instead of -n or vice versa.  But he may inadvertently add the same
spamtrain or nonspamtrain mailbox twice, for example, and want to back
it out without changing anything else.
