bogotune 0.2.2

Version 0.2.2 of the script to simplify choosing parameter values for
bogofilter is now available at

http://www.bgl.nu/bogofilter/bogotune-0.2.2.tgz

It contains a couple of very minor changes with respect to 0.2.1;
there's no need to upgrade if you downloaded 0.2.1 from the above site
yesterday.  David plans to include bogotune-0.2.2 in the next release
of bogofilter; this release was mainly for his convenience in that
regard.
