I, too, would like to see bogofilter-run.  As another question, have you 
tried running bogofilter from the command line to see what the results 
are?  Bogofilter can be told to display information on the tokens being 
scored.  It would probably be useful to do that with some sample messages, 
particularly ones that are obviously spam because they should score near 
1.000 rather than 0.000.  Look in the FAQ under "What does bogofilter's 
verbose output mean?" for more info.
