upgrading to bogofilter-0.14.x

Greetings,

It has become apparent than an important detail of the upgrade process 
isn't clear.  The documents don't clearly state how to  upgrade from an old 
bogofilter environment with its two wordlists (spamlist.db and goodlist.db) 
to the new 0.14.x environment with its single, combined wordlist, i.e. 
wordlist.db.

Bogofilter includes script "bogoupgrade" which performs the task.  Use 
command "bogoupgrade -d /path/to/your/wordlists".  The script will run 
bogoutil to dump the current spamlist.db and goodlist.db files, format that 
output (using awk), and then load the data into a new file wordlist.db.
