New database format

G'day.

I have downloaded 0.14.0.1 but cannot see any information on migrating from 
the old, split database to the new unified format.

I could rebuild the ham part from scratch but do not have a saved spam 
collection.

Is there any way to merge the existing bases?

Also, make check failed the bogoutil tests with 0.14.0.1 (segfault errors). Is 
this a real issue? (All other automatic tests passed and manual bogoutil 
tests seem to work)
