It appears that SourceForge has a problem.  It looks like the bogofilter 
files haven't been copied to the mirror sites.

I've put the files on my ftp server - ftp.osagesoftware.com - in directory 
pub/outgoing/bogofilter.  You should be able to get what you want from there.
