Jake,

bogofilter-announce at aotto.com is the anouncement mailing list.  In the 
past, when I've also sent them to bogofilter, bogofilter-dev, and 
bogofilter-announce, people have complained about getting multiple copies 
of the message.

I'll post the announcement here, because you've asked.  However the proper 
thing is to subscribe to bogofilter-announce.
