Perhaps the default type should be text/plain
and is taken as the assumed type if:
1) Content-Tyoe is unspecified
2) Content-Type is invalid (e.g "text")
Also maybe we should create tokens: "ctype:invalid" or "ctype:missing"
which could be used for spam recognition.
