Matthias,

When parsing messages, flex's "caseless" option does all the work and does 
it fine.

The problem that Pavel found and fixed is in passthrough mode.  The config 
file can contain a "spam_header_tag=**SPAM**" option that modifies the 
"Subject:" line by adding "**SPAM**" to it.  In passthrough, the check for 
"Subject:" was case sensitive, so "Subject: enlarge your ears" would be 
modified, but "subject: enlarge your ears" wouldn't be changed.  The patch 
corrects this problem.
