What to do with this kind of Spam?

Yes, I know.  The problem now is with poison good words included at the end of 
the message.  These are words chosen by the spammer which are likely to be 
"hammy" and often are.  Spammers also seem to be rewording their messages to 
make Bayesian analysis more difficult.
