FWIW, I have a v2v3 script that runs bogofilter with "-vv" and 
"-vvv".  Using verbose levels 2 and 3 gives me the details of how many 
tokens have high/low scores and what those scores are.  Doing that will 
help you understand why bogofilter considers them ham, when you don't.
