The following line is in tests/bogofilter/inputs.mbx:

NEU: Mit GMX ins Internet. Rund um die Uhr für 1 ct/ Min. surfen!

On your machine it parses as ... rund die uhr min surfen.  The missing word 
"für" in hex is 66 FC 72.  It looks like some versions of flex consider FC 
as an alphanumeric and others don't.

It's time for another change to the test inputs.

I'll post a patch that you can test.
