BF hangs on base64 message

For those interested I posted at 
  http://ladro.com/bf/htmlastext.txt
The result of running 
  perl -MMIME::Base64 -ne 'print decode_base64($_)' < base64hang.txt
on it.  Its got some non-text characters at the top, I can see my email
address in there too.  If someone's inclined could they decypher the
junk?
