ignorelist.db option

Hi printer,

The feature was implemented some time back, although its usefulness has
never been clear.  I haven't used it in many months and am not surprised
to hear there are problems.  Since people haven't been using it (as best
I know), it has been put on the "to be deleted" list.

Are you experimenting or have you a need for an ignore list?  Your
answer may tilt the scale on whether the feature is kept or deleted.
