There are two known problems with header lines and encoded tokens.

First, header lines can be continued over more than one line.  This is 
called "folding".  Bogofilter doesn't currently unfold lines.

Second, RFC-2047 says that encoded tokens separated by whitespace should be 
joined.  For example,

	Subject: =?iso-8859-1?Q?te?= =?iso-8859-1?Q?st?=

should recognize the word "test".  Bogofilter doesn't presently do this 
joining.

P.S.  My MUA doesn't get it quite right, either.  It has an extra space in 
its subject.
