We already have a contrib/procmailrc.example.  Can we create a 
contrib/maildrop.example from yours?  I don't know how well their features 
parallel one another, but it'd be really great if the two sample scripts 
did the same things in the same order.  That would let people compare them 
and would help them choose the better of maildrop/procmail.
