I thought of putting bogofilter in my procmailrc file twice,
once at the top,
where it would catch spam but not train itself, and once at the
bottom after
all my mailing list recipes, where it would catch spam *and*
train, before
sending the remaining mail to my inbox. But I haven't done it
yet. Maybe
I'd rather put up with more false negatives in my mailing list
folders,
than false positives in the spam folder.

Be well,
Zack

I run bogofilter twice in my procmailrc , but in the opposite
way.
First i do:
* ? bogofilter -3 -o .9,.1 -u

then after I do some basic filtering and the such I do:
|bogofilter -3 -e -p -t
