0.7.6.rc2 is looking good

I am pleased to say it did build without problems on OS X. 
Unfortunately I was very busy this last week, and didn't have a chance 
to apply the patch provided to me for the previous version.  However 
since this does build without problems, the Berkeley db 4.1 issue must 
have been fixed. Thanks much for everyone's effort on this!  Now I just 
have to get to work trying it out this week.
