option usage and checking

Good morning,

Looking at bogofilter's options, I see two mutually exclusive groupings:

classification - '-p', '-e', '-l', '-u'
registration   - '-s', '-n', '-S', '-N'

I have added a check to detect use of options from both groups.  When this 
happens, a message is printed and bogofilter terminates (with exitcode 2).

I am _not_ planning on a comprehensive test of every possible valid/invalid 
combination of options.  However, if there are other reasonable checks to 
add, let me know.
