if there is a NUL character anywhere in the input, bogofilter stops
processing at the NUL and the messages farther along are never processed.
bogofilter seems to think if it finds a NUL it is finished.

i didn't submit this as a separate bug because of the one already
submitted (609897) that discussed mishandling of NULs.

0.7.4 has this problem.  as a workaound, i use a preprocessor that
strips NULs and decodes text attachments in base64 and quoted-printable
encodings. i would be happy to contribute it but the code is embarassingly
quick-and-dirty (meaning "bad").
