"end user" is the person that subscribes to the list. ezmlm-idx is --
AFAICS -- the ONLY software that tracks bounces and tells the user there
was a problem. With anti-spam tool proliferation, one broken Date:
header in a mailing list mail can cause your unsubscription with other
software.

EZMLM instead will tell you something along the lines "messages
174,189,201 could not be delivered, here's the first bounce, send mail
to ... to retrieve the copy from the archive" and will only unsubscribe
if an explicit probe mail bounces.

The admin side is near-trivial, one command and the mailing list is set.

A sad thing ezmlm-idx's development has stopped :-(
