Yes, It is possible that the network I host with has a spammer problem.  
I saw that same error once before. The obvious solution would be to ask  
the "dorkslayers" rbl to remove my ip address since I don't host that  
site. If that does not work, I can potentially change the outbound mail  
routing so that it ends up coming from a different IP address. I'll  
look into it and see.
