did you mean because of the missing ? before the "unbase64 | bogofilter"?
i said it was untested.  :-)

ok, i see a problem with this rule.  this would be susceptible to X-Bogosity
headers appearing in the body.

this is a little more robust:

         | formail -I"X-Bogosity: Yes, tests=bogofilter-unbase64"
}
