could you tell me why?  doesn't the full HB get sent to each * line?

the intention of the rule is to say "if the previous non-mime-decoding-bogofilter
didn't think this message is spam AND mime-decoding-bogofilter does,
then rewrite the X-Bogosity header to say Yes".
