Time to update :-(  When in classification mode, if bogofilter is given a 
message with a second line starting "From ", bogofilter will think that 
it's being given two messages and will complain and exit.

If you mean base64, mime, or quoted-printable, the answer is "not yet".  As 
a temporary solution, look at script contrib/bogopass for handling base64.
