new message formatting capability

G'day,

bogofilter has a new message formatting capability.  It provides a very 
flexible capability for formatting the regular X-Bogosity line, its terse 
equivalent, and for the log messages.  Different formats can be used to 
display the spamicity score depending on whether the message is classified 
as ham or spam or unsure (if using the Robinson-Fisher algorithm).  The 
formats can be placed in the config file, so there's no need to change 
source code and recompile.  The man page mentions this capability and the 
sample config file, bogofilter.cf.example, gives details and shows the 
current settings.
