Spamitarium changes

Hey guys, sorry for not responding sooner.  I'm completely swamped.  I've
not been using bogofilter of late because I'm transitioning my
infrastructure away from manually administered colocated servers to the AWS
cloud.  I'm not sure if I'll ever go back.  So by all means take the code
and run with it.
