bogofilter-1.1.3 - new current release

Bogofilter v1.1.3 is now available.

This release has several fixes of significance.  

A flaw in the parsing of message ids can cause a buffer underrun
segfault on x86_64 machines.

A flaw in the flex code underlying the parser can cause a buffer
overrun segfault.

A typo in configure.ac (v1.1.2) was causing build problems on some
distros.  This has been fixed.
