I don't consider procmail to be deprecated.  Remember my efforts to use
maildrop as a procmail replacement for distributing mail among my (very
few) users?  Maildrop wasn't suitable due to userid and permission
issues.

Formail replaced mailtool in the FAQ because of user reported
difficulties in using mailtoo..

Perhaps we should give examples of both formail and mailtool..

I'll delay the 1.1.0 release 'til Friday so that we can decide what to
do.
