The oldest version I have here for testing is 1.7.25 and dpgetflags()
was already present in that version. So it must have been between 1.7.8
and 1.7.25. The ChangeLog mentions an enhancement of Depot in version
1.7.23. Perhaps dpgetflags() got introduced in that version?
