t.valgrind problem

With db-4.1.25, db-4.2.52, and db-4.3.21 "make check" is presently
passing all tests, using datstore_olddb.c.  Using datastore_db.c, all
three versions are failing t.valgrind in the same manner:

 unable to initialize mutex: Function not implemented
./checks.28498.20041120T210930/words.f/__db.001: unable to initialize
environment lock: Function not implemented
bogofilter(../../src/datastore_db.c:1018): DB_ENV->open, err: 38,
Function not implemented
FAIL: t.valgrind

What do you make of this?
