Do we really want to enable the TDB code for RPM builds in the shape
it's currently in? The code is dead slow, locking all hash lines in one
go rather than the ones it operates on. I really cannot recommend TDB
code for general use at this time but I don't intend to fix the TDB
module (Gyepi's task) given that the split-out TDB package is not being
maintained.

QDBM appears to be fine WRT speed and maintenance though.
