CRLF bugs back in 0.15.*

The problem has been corrected.  Bogoreader wasn't recognizing empty
lines, which caused it to not separate a mbox into messages.  

Allyn sent me a mbox which exhibits the problem.  I'll send you a copy
if you want to see for yourself.
