Note: forced configure.ac commit

Hi,

I've just forced (cvs commit -f) a configure.ac update because I got
bogus "Up-to-date check failed" for configure.ac even after
"cvs update -CA configure". I see no way how I could have a possibly
outdated version except maybe time zone confusion inside CVS.

I hope this forced commit didn't break anything.
