CVS is usually several steps beyond the latest release -- a fact I tend
to forget.  The solution is a cvs snapshot, of which there's a brand new
one on my website in directory
ftp://ftp.osagesoftware.com/pub/outgoing/bogofilter/bogofilter-0.15.9.cvs.
 It has msg-count.sh, robx.c, robx.h and most everything else.  You
_will_ need to run configure.
