I thought only EXMH and Eudora people used it once in a blue moon, but
I just got a multipart/alternative message from someone using Apple Mail
containing text/plain and text/enriched parts.  Both using windows-1252
charset, oddly enough.

Is it worth writing text/enriched support into the lexer?
