A few RISC OS notes ...

Hi!

First of all, as RISC OS is not supported as operating system as well,
wouldn't it be nice to advertise it on
http://bogofilter.sourceforge.net/ and
http://sourceforge.net/projects/bogofilter/ as well?

And second, in doc/programmer/RISC-OS/src and
doc/programmer/RISC-OS/gsl there are directories "h" which contain a
file "config". Those are not needed anymore as the config.h is now in
doc/programmer/RISC-OS/src and doc/programmer/RISC-OS/gsl themselves.
Could those directories "h" with their content please be removed? It
disturbs RISC OS CVS when checking out and updating. Thanks.
