Attached is another patch which reduces my bogofilter
(executable) from 1.9M to 1.3M.

I'm not saying it doesn't change anything, but I claim those
changes -- if any in practice -- are not important. I doubt
that most readers will limit the size of MIME_BOUNDARY that
strictly.
