It appears that adding CVS_RSH anywhere global for my user would be a
bad idea.  As a bogofilter developer, I use ssh access with keys and all
that good stuff.  As a sylpheed-claws users, I use anonymous cvs which
doesn't like CVS_RSH=ssh.  Perhaps I need to create a wrapper for cvs
that looks in CVS/Repository then sets/clears CVS_RSH as appropriate ...

Frankly, I think SourceForge is changing their environment.  A couple of
days back everything worked fine.
