I have a déjà-réparé if you wish to call it that... I fixed that bug in
the lexer when the unfolding stuff was separate; the fix was related to

Subject: =?us-ascii?Q?te?=
                    =?us-ascii?Q?st?=

not being decoded as "Subject: test".
