I'm not sure either.  To complicate matters there are always the two main 
factors - what the RFC says and what mailers actually do.

I have a file with 94 "Subject: RFC-2047" lines, and the current patterns 
handle them all.  I'll take a look at RFC-2047 to see if I can improve this 
pattern without losing the ability to handle the 94 lines.
