Clint,
I've taken a quick look at the two log file and see that alpha is getting a
floating point exception in t.nullstatsprefix and s390 is getting SegFaults
in t.lock2 (relevant outputs are pasted in below).
What are the chances that you can run bogofilter with gdb and get us a
stack backtrace?
